It's that time again! I have gathered together another slew of romance authors and we've put together an AWESOME prize package including a brand-spankin new KINDLE!!!!!

Full details are available at http://www.crystalrainlove.com/foolforromance.htm including a list of prizes including the Kindle, signed books, candles, gift cards, and more!

Today is the kick-off and the very first activity that will get you an entry is pretty simple: Just comment on my blog today. Any post, it doesn't matter. Just comment away and you are entered to win (if you comment under "Anonymous" I'm gonna have a heck of atime finding you if you're a winner though ;) )

Make sure to keep referencing the contest page (link I provided above) because every day through the end of the month there is another author to visit and another activity to do to get even more entries in to the contest!!!

Happy competing!!!!!!

Hello!,
As an author, I was wondering why you chose a western setting? Western settings are not common, so I was just curious.

Thanks,
Mark

What a lot of fun - and a great way to introduce us to authors we haven't found yet!

Crystal-Rain Love said...

In the romance genre, western settings aren't that uncommon. I actually got into writing the cowboy genre by submitting a story for an already established cowboy series. They tend to take place in western settings. :) I'd love to visit the West someday...

That's the goal, Lauri. :) It's really fun for us authors too.

Fool For Romance, whoop!!! I love your FFR contest, Rain. I actually forgot all about it, and you just made my day. :) I actually stopped entering contests, but I will make an exception for this one. ;)

I am always lookinbg for new authors to read. I don't have an e-reader so I am tied to the print version of all my fav. books. I can't wait to get me a kindle or a nook.

Are any of your books mysteries?
*hoping*

(Also hoping I can win that Kindle. Thanks for having the contest!)

Crystal-Rain Love said...

Hi Shushan

Not mysteries, though The Fire Still Burns (romantic suspense) and Blood Curse (paranormal romance) have a little bit of a mystery element since they focus on finding the bad guy. Make sure to visit each author on their assigned day to get in as many entries as possible for the Kindle & More! :)
